Featured Queen: Reneé Etranger
Reneé Etranger is the drag name of Luka Dordevic, an 18 year-old drag queen from Portsmouth, UK. Dordevic started doing drag in August of 2014, but only became a "full-time" queen as of March 2015.

What inspired you to start doing drag?
Sharon Needles originally really inspired me and later queens such as Kim Chi, Pearl and Milk really inspired me!
How does drag make you feel? (Many queens say they feel liberated or free when they are in drag)
After being in a full time job and now being at university studying International Development Studies and drag really distracts me from the stress in my life!
Who are you inspirations for your drag persona?
Lana Del Rey, horror movies especially tacky ones, a lot of cartoons and my aunt as well!
Who are your all time favourite Queens?
Me, myself and Reni EstanjaR
Do you have a specific look you like to go for, or does your look vastly vary?
It definitely varies! My makeup is always quite versatile but my looks are always very much centred around one colour! I always try to look like an over exaggerated caricature drawing!
What would be your ultimate ambition you would like to achieve through drag?
Obviously Drag Race if they had a UK version but if not that I would really like to be on film or tv in drag or actually continue my career in development or politics and be the first drag queen in a high position!
Do you perform in drag?
These bitches haven't let me really perform properly so they just get me to stand there and look pretty. But it's called Hampshire Boulevard, it's pretty bomb we just had Milk come and perform!
What are some of your favourite songs to perform?
I love really tacky music or really upbeat music. Like, Its My Party by Leslie Gore! Anything by Britney Spears, Melanie Martinez or Lana Del Rey!
If you could only have 3 makeup products to do your complete drag makeup look for the rest of your life, what would they be?
Any eyeshadow palette, any eyeliner and any matte lip stick!
What is your one favourite piece of fashion or accessory from your wardrobe?
My fur coat probably or my white dress that I wear too often!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
I'm hopefully going to be on Drag Race UK if it ends up happening but I honestly can't tell you for certain!
What's your opinion on the recent increase in popularity of drag, due to things such as RuPaul's
Drag Race?
I think it's good! I mean there is still a lot of ignorance around drag and it's breaking that stigma but I can't stand people who say they are fans of drag but just watch the show and have no idea what Paris Is Burning, Party Monster, Divine are!
Anything else we should know about our drag persona?
I'm really hairy, I'm really butch, I'm sexy out of drag ngl, I'm an actual cyber bully, I use a lot of baby powder with my makeup, people at fast food places always tell me I look like a woman!
